Ricky Carranza is a Filipino businessman and multi-talented artist living in Finland. He is an eclectic street-style dancer, teacher, choreographer, writer and an award-winning film director.  Ricky has a long history in the entertainment industry. He is very active in creating and developing business concepts that have global significance. Ricky is the founder and President of Divulge Dancers’ Film Festival (www.df2hollywood .com) in Hollywood, Helsinki Education Film Festival International (www.heffifinland.com) in Helsinki and Style Dance Industry (www.styledanceindustry.com)  in Espoo.​

Michael Lusardi is an American living in Finland. He is a former US Marine and has six years of experience as an entrepreneur. Michael is the Vice President of Helsinki Education Film Festival International (HEFFI) a film festival focused on education. Michael runs his own business called Lusardi Media which offers media production, photography, and social media consulting services. He is a passionate self-taught photographer and filmmaker, who is always looking to learn new techniques to hone his craft.

Juha Roisko has more than thirty (30) years experience in social and health care organisations as a nurse and since 2002 as a psychotherapist. He is the communication director and photographer for HEFFI events. During leisure time, he enjoys photography. His passion for capturing moments inspired him to share his time at HEFFI for he believes that visual learning methods are effective in psychotherapy and education.
